My experience with horseback riding started 14 years ago in Baños.
Since then I have lived as a German Immigrant in Ecuador. I reconstructed and
redesigned an old villa into my own Hostel. After many years of hard work you can find
it now in almost every international guide book.
My passion for horsebackriding has lead me professionally into it and is the reason
that I so enjoy giving organized tours to my visitors.
I also own a horse ranch at the foot of the volcano "Tungurahua". It has become
a popular place for professional horseback riding in Baños.
In addition to our basic traditional horse riding programs,
Señor Enrique Roman and myself, this year (2003) introduced a professional
horseback riding.
This program includes:

- introduction to WESTERM-STYLE-RIDING with an experienced guide
- pure bred (Criollo), well-trained horses
- reliable horse equipment (Western Style)
- trilingual ecuadorian guide
- all transportation included
- overnight stay at traditional haciendas or live-in tents

- horse change on long distance tours
